In-Store Purchases

We offer in-house trial, and our team will help you move and arrange your furniture, to ensure it fits perfectly and you’re happy with your purchase. In case for any reason you’re looking to change or return your purchase:

  • Refunds: Refunds are available within [X] days of purchase for rugs returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges: Rugs may be exchanged for a different rug of equal or higher value within [X] days, provided they are in original condition. Additional charges may apply for higher-value items.

Custom Orders and Special Sizes

Custom-made rugs and rugs in non-standard sizes are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
