Ted and I chose Pacific Rug Gallery for a small area carpet as a replacement for a larger carpet. After a few months, we still enjoy the look and feel of it. We received such professional and efficient service from Shahab and the folks on site. They showed us 'many' samples and ideas, explained the quality of each selected and once we decided, they were prompt in delivery and took our old carpet to donate to a worthy cause. We also had them clean another hall carpet for us, and it came back almost looking new! All in all, a great experience and we would highly recommend them.

We have had the absolute best experience dealing with Pacific Rug Gallery. We bought the most beautiful carpet there a little over a year ago. Firstly they did the first cleaning at no charge (over $500 value) then Shahab was more than patient as we had a couple of challenges getting the carpet picked up after its cleaning. Not only did Shahab have it all ready for pick up but he also ensured it was safely wrapped so it would stay in its clean state. I highly recommend Shahab and Pacific Rug Gallery. 10 out of 10.

It is hard to decide which is best..the service or the product! I entered in Pacific Rug Gallery as a first store to start looking for rugs. The attention was really good. They offered me to take a couple of rugs that I liked to my place so I could try in the living room, instead of just imagining it. There are gorgeous rugs, so many options and they gave me a good deal so I did not have to keep looking for. Also I took the opportunity to send my old rug for a hand washing. They returned in one day! Fast and the rug came back as new! I am very pleasant with the whole experience.

Three years ago we bought a Persian Bijar carpet. Then we got a puppy who peed! When it was picked up to be cleaned we were horrified to discover that he had peed around the bottom of our round coffee table where we couldn't see it! It was moldy on the underside! Also we had used a roomba which loosened the threads at the edge. Amazingly the carpet was returned to us in new condition! No more roomba and no more pee. PRG is the best!
